Yes, we collect a refundable security deposit equivalent to one month's rent at the time of admission. This deposit is fully refunded at the time of leaving, subject to a notice period of 30 days and zero property damage.
We require a government ID proof of the student (Aadhaar Card/PAN), college admission receipt or ID card, passport size photographs, and Aadhaar Card copy of the parents or local guardians.
Parents and female guardians are welcome to visit during office hours (10:00 AM to 6:00 PM). Overnight stay is restricted to mothers only in emergency cases, subject to room availability and minor guest charges.
Yes, the hostel remains open year-round. However, mess services may run on limited schedules during major festival vacations like Diwali, when most residents travel home. Advanced notifications are shared in such cases.
Yes, basic washing and ironing of clothes twice a week is included in the monthly rent. There are no additional charges for this service.
